Maintain Social Distancing

Maintaining social distancing is everyone’s responsibility.  By social distancing and keeping 1.5m between yourself, other participants, event staff and other members of the public you will help to slow the spread of viruses.  Wave starts will be implemented to help with social distancing.

Wash/Sanitise your hands

Maintaining/keeping good hand hygiene by washing your hands regularly and for 20 seconds at a time using soap and water helps to stop the spread of the virus.  Sanitiser will be available at select locations throughout the event.

Bring a water bottle

Whilst water cups will be available during the event and bottled water supplied at the finish line, it is recommended to bring your own water bottle/s where possible.
