Frequently Asked Questions

** As the event has been cancelled, and no future date can be guaranteed, any person who has a paid registration is entitled to a full refund of their entry fee and merchandise.  Emails will be sent shortly.  Please note, that as per your entry, cancellation terms below still remain in place.

Cancellations:

In the event of a force majeure (meaning any occurrence beyond the control of the affected party which prevents the affected party from performing an obligation including any act of God, lightning strike, meteor strike, earthquake, storm, flood, landslide, explosion or fire, strike or other industrial action, war, terrorism, sabotage, blockade, revolution, riot, insurrection, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, or
decision of a government authority in relation to COVID-19, or other epidemic or pandemic) the organiser may cancel the event, change the way that the event is scheduled and/or delivered and/or change any element of the event.  In such circumstances you acknowledge that you have no claim againt the organiser or any “interested parties” for any loss or damage that may be incurred by you related to cancellation or changes to the event, including but not limited to any training, equipment, medical, apparel, travel and accomodation costs.

Each entrant acknowledges, by accepting the Terms and Conditions & Waiver, that their entry fee is non-refundable should they not be able to compete, or the race is cancelled/suspended or changed by the Race Director.
